Presented by the Harmony and LGBT Center of Raleigh. The PrideLife Expo brings together members of all ages from the LGBTQ+ community and local businesses and service providers in a fun, educational and welcoming environment.
Visit with more than 130 exhibitors who love and support the LGBTQ+ community. Some of them are LGBT owened and operated; all others identify as allies.
Representatives from the NC Central University School of Law will be explaining the steps needed to legally change a person's name and/or gender marker.
"Spill the T" is a space for folks to listen to the stories of transgender community members and ask questions. Respect is key!
Wake County Health and Human Services will be providing confidential HIV/STI testing, counseling and other resources at no cost throughout the day. In addition, they will also be providing covid vacinations and FREE covid home test kits while supplies last.
Need a quiet space to relax and get away for a few minutes from the fun and excitement of the expo? Our Low Sensory Zone is for you! Here you’ll find a soothing, comfy space where you can let your introvert flag fly!
Are the businesses you use LGBTBE certifed? Stop by and learn about the importance of supplier diversity, why it matters, and what it takes to get certified. We encourage all exhibitors, to stop by when they take a break from their booth.

Drag Qween Story Hour Triangle is hosting several story times and kids crafts. They will have a variety of craft supplies available in between stories. Join Emory Starr, “The Sugar Qween”, along with Stormie Daie, and other Triangle area drag performers for laughs, dancing, and more!
Ribbon cutting for this inaugural event with Gov. Roy Cooper (invited), Secretary of State Elaine Marshall, and Dr. Aretina Hamilton, Director of Diversity, Equity & Inclusion for the City of Raleigh. Broadcast on the big screens in both rooms.
The Common Woman Chorus will be singing three songs directly after the ribbon cutting. We will be broadcasting their performance to both exhibitor rooms.
An interactive, open discussion of financial topics relevant to you. Presented by guest speaker Lorraine Johnson with LifeTime Asset Management, LLC. She has been working with the local LGBTQ community since 1995 and understands the disparities on a personal and professional level.
Attendees who pre-registered for the expo will be eligible to win a number of door prizes. Wining names will be drawn at 2:30pm. You must be present to claim your prize. Prizes are provided by our generous sponsors. To see what prizes are up for grabs, please visit the Expo Help booth in Room1.

The PrideLife Expo will feature agencies, organizations, businesses, health care providers, housing providers and non-profits in the Triangle area that welcome, respect, serve and support the LGBTQ+ community. Exhibitors and seminars will be geared towards the needs of LGBTQ+ individuals of all ages. (Exhibitors that deliver services specifically to the over-50 population will feature an identifying logo on their booths and in the brochure.)
PrideLife Expo 2022 will be held on April 2, 2022 at the McKimmon Center on the NC State University Campus. The Expo will provide over 180 vendor exhibiting opportunities.
